DO I NEED A CONSULTATION BEFORE BOOKING EXTENSIONS? Yes. All new extension clients begin with a consultation to ensure extensions are appropriate and planned responsibly. This allows us to assess hair health, discuss goals, and design a custom plan before any hair is ordered or services are scheduled.
DO YOU OFFER VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS OR PRIVATE APPOINTMENTS? For clients who travel frequently or are away seasonally, virtual consultations may be offered when appropriate to support planning and maintenance. Private appointments may be considered for select established clients by request. These are customized experiences and availability is limited. Details and fees are discussed individually to ensure alignment.
HOW DO I SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION IF I LIVE OUT OF TOWN? We can schedule a virtual call through Zoom, or Messanger by simply requesting that option by completing the new client request form.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY CONSULTATION? Come with clean, dry hair (no products). Bring photos of styles you love, and think about your lifestyle—how much time you spend on styling, your activity level, and your hair goals. We'll handle the rest!
HOW MUCH DO HAIR EXTENSIONS COST? Extension pricing varies based on the method, length, and volume you desire. During your free consultation, we'll provide a detailed quote tailored to your specific goals. Investment typically ranges from $900-$3,500+ for initial installation.
HOW LONG DO HAIR EXTENSIONS LAST? With proper care and regular maintenance appointments (every 6-8 weeks), quality extensions can last 6-12 months. We use only 100% Remy human hair for the most natural look and longest lifespan.
WILL EXTENSIONS DAMAGE MY NATURAL HAIR? When applied and maintained correctly by a certified specialist, extensions should not damage your natural hair. We assess your hair health during consultation and recommend the safest method for your hair type.
CAN I COLOR OR HEAT STYLE MY EXTENSIONS? Yes! Our human hair extensions can be colored, curled, and straightened just like your natural hair. We'll provide personalized care instructions to keep your extensions looking beautiful.
ARE EXTENSIONS RIGHT FOR EVERYONE? Not always — and that discernment is intentional. Hair and scalp health, density, lifestyle, and maintenance expectations all play a role in determining candidacy. If extensions are not the right fit, we will discuss alternative options that best support your hair.
WHAT IF I'M NOT SURE EXTENSIONS ARE RIGHT FOR ME? That's exactly what the consultation is for! We'll assess your hair, discuss your goals, and honestly advise whether extensions are the best solution. If they're not, we'll suggest alternatives that will work better for you.
Policies
DEPOSITS? A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment and reserve time for custom planning and hair ordering. This deposit covers the hair inventory required for your goal and secures your installation appointment, first follow-up visit, and first move-up or removal appointment. Deposits are applied toward your total service investment. The remaining balance is due at the time of your installation appointment and reflects the preparation, application, and finishing details of your custom extension service.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING? We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a forfeited deposit, as time and preparation have already been reserved for you.
A THOUGHTFUL WORKING RELATIONSHIP? Extensions are an ongoing partnership. Maintenance, communication, and consistency are essential to preserving results and hair health. This approach is best suited for clients who value intention, quality, and long-term care.
