Terms of Service

Appointments with Anita at Salon Margrit are reserved intentionally and held exclusively for you.

To provide every client with an unhurried, high-quality experience, time is thoughtfully allocated for consultation, preparation, and service execution. The following policies exist to support clarity, consistency, and the level of care that defines the LuxuryHair by Anita approach while services are performed at Salon Margrit.

Appointments & Deposits

​

A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment and reserve time for custom planning and hair ordering. Deposits are applied toward your total service investment.

​

All deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited for missed appointments or cancellations outside of the required notice period.

Cancellations & No-Shows

​

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

​

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit. Deposits must be resolved prior to scheduling future appointments.

​

Repeated missed appointments may require full prepayment for future bookings.

​

This policy allows appointment time to be reserved thoughtfully and ensures each client receives the care and attention that define our approach.

Late Arrivals

​

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

​

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled if the remaining time no longer allows for proper execution. In these cases, the deposit may be forfeited and a new deposit required to rebook.

Schedule Adjustments on Our End

​

While every effort is made to remain on schedule, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require adjustments. If Anita is running more than 15 minutes behind or must reschedule, you will be notified as soon as possible to discuss next steps.

Your time and experience are valued, and accommodations will be made whenever reasonably possible.

Pricing​

​

All pricing is subject to change and may vary based on service needs, hair requirements, and customization determined during consultation.

Right to Refuse Service​

​

Anita at Salon Margrit reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

​

Successful service execution requires full and accurate disclosure on client intake forms and during consultations. We cannot assume responsibility for outcomes when relevant information is withheld.

​

In accordance with Florida state law, salon professionals are unable to diagnose or treat medical hair or skin conditions. If a condition is identified that makes services inappropriate, you may be referred to a qualified medical professional and welcomed back once resolved.

Service Adjustments & Returns

​

We are committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality results through detailed consultations and intentional care planning.

​

If you have concerns regarding your service, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment by calling 561-655-3430. Adjustments related to the original service plan may be offered within the scope discussed during your consultation. There are no refunds on services.

​

Adjustments that alter the original plan or are requested more than 10 days after the appointment will require full payment.

​

Extension hair that has not been altered and remains in original condition may be eligible for exchange in cases of extreme matting or shedding, provided recommended at-home care and maintenance products have been used as instructed.

​

Retail products may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of purchase.

Children in the Salon

​

For safety and comfort, children without scheduled appointments are not permitted in the salon. Children receiving services must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian.

Cell Phones in the Salon

​

To maintain a calm and comfortable environment, we kindly ask that cell phones be silenced during your appointment whenever possible.
