Extensions, and toppers are a fun, and exciting way to take your natural hair to the next level, but please understand they are also an investment and can become very addicting!

Hair extensions and toppers are as unique as the person who wears them. Whether your hair is fine, coarse, or chemically treated - whether you work out, love the beach, do yoga, or have any kind of active lifestyle – selecting the correct attachments and hair for your hair type is paramount to each style curated for you.

You should know, my goal with everyone is to maintain the integrity of your hair throughout the course of wearing attachments. I choose to only work with those who are ready and truly committed to the maintenance routine, and price tag that comes with this luxury service.

Toppers vs. Extensions

Extensions are great for adding instant length, volume, and filling in a gaps from a bad haircut or thin area that never seems to grow. However, I hear it come up quite often in my consultations that clients desire more hair towards their fringe, temples, or crown area, and think extensions will solve that want. However, for extensions to look their best, and remain hidden throughout the time they are worn, you need a fair amount of hair, or a "veil" from the top of the head, and hairline to cover your extensions, allowing them to look hidden and natural.

Toppers are a partial wig or hairpiece worn on top of your head, secured with clips for daily on off wear, and sewn in, taped, or fusion bonded for more long-term wear. There are a variety of shapes and styles all meant to address different needs and must be serviced about every 4 weeks for those enjoying them long-term.

Toppers are a great addition to complete your hair dream goals. Not only do they provide the coverage you may need to keep your hair extensions hidden, but they are also great for covering grey hairs in a pinch, instant color change, instant volume, and a fun way to add bangs or layers when you may not be ready to commit.

"I was referred to Anita 5 years ago by the Platinum Seamless corporate office and couldn’t be more thrilled! She has taken my hair from a place of “needing help” due to mid-life thinning, previous bad cuts, extensions, and coloring to “I like my hair again”!! Over the years, she has guided me on proper styling techniques and product usage for stimulating hair growth and reversing years of damage. The best part, the extensions she continues to maintain for me, have given me more confidence in my appearance overall, and I love showing them off! Trust me when I say you will not regret going to her."
— Heidi Spirazza, Paws for Liberty

I'm in love! Anita did such an amazing job on my extensions and color, I can't stop looking at myself! The amount of thought and detail she put into our time together really left me feeling comfortable and relaxed while in her chair, which hasn't been easy to do in the past with other stylists. I can at last finally say I have found my go to stylist! I will certainly be back for more!
